In this meditation you will be using your energy to move into the new space that is waiting for you.  You learn to create the energy needed to step ahead into your power, gaining clarity on what you’ve been working towards.  Each one of us can move the energy within us and create the reality we desire.  Understanding your power helps with your connection to your Self and Spirit.  When we use the power of connection, we gain clarity and guidance to take a step ahead.
