Balance

These meditations are taking us to new places. We travel outside of our physical body to seek alignment and abundance, knowing that what we find will help us through the tougher moments of life. June is a season of change that can be magical and playful, so these meditations support that.

Balance

This meditation guides you to feel your energy. Discovering where you have resistance, and where you have flow. Then, once you feel the energy moving, you can find the pieces of resistance and the pieces that help you balance. The scales tip from side to side, and you find the power within yourself to create the balance. You recognize the power you hold, acknowledge when something is heavy, and use your gifts to bring the balance within.
