Walking Through the Fire
We call on the element of fire to help us let go of what no longer serves us. We ask that it help us remember the flame that burns within us. We ask that it teach us and show us how we can use this flame for the greatest good of all. This walking meditation is working with the quick moving element of fire. It only seemed fitting to be moving while this meditation is happening. You can listen to it over and over again. It will help you let go and move forward with a confidence from deep within.
