Meeting Your Inner Child
This meditation guides you to a space where your inner child can step forward. You are guided to ask questions that will lead to deeper healing within yourself. This meditation reignites a relationship with your inner child that has been long forgotten. When we open up to our inner child, we heal wounds that are deep and rooted in emotions we couldn’t process at the time. As we move through this relationship we are able to heal the parts of our inner child that we can now understand and process.
