Creating Space
In this meditation we clear your physical, emotional, and spiritual body with the power of your breath. When we learn to create the space, we open ourselves up to more love, joy, and opportunities. When we can find the space within our physical body that might feel sticky, we can move that energy with our breath and bring healing and expansion. The same applies for our emotional and spiritual bodies. Meditation allows us to find the sticky energy and the things that are no longer serving us and through our breath, we can let it go. The more space we can create, the more of what’s waiting for us comes to us.
