This walking meditation will guide you through a sequence to claim all four elements.  The Air we breathe, that moves us.  The Earth that supports us and creates our foundation.  The Water that can free us from emotions, and the Fire that burns within us.  All the elements can work for you, aiding you on your soul’s journey.  This meditation will help activate these elements within you to help you take a step ahead.
